- Hello! We would love to be Beach Bums, because, let's face it, life is ALWAYS better at the beach. Instead we live in Columbus, Ohio, Home of THE Ohio State Buckeyes. Sadly, nowhere near a beach! I don't call this home, though, because home to me is where I was raised, in the Poland Ohio area. I am happily married to John and have a son, Travis who is nearly 20 and a sophomore at Miami University. We have a dog, Jackson Gepperheimer. I'm a wife, a mom, a sister, and I work full time as an administrative assistant at a very large company in Columbus. I love being with my family, parents who rock, brothers, sister, neices and nephews, and even the inlaws (actually they are awesome)!!! My life is really not the least bit exciting. Basically, it is what it is! I do try to make the most of each and every day and thank God every day for ALL of the blessings in my life.
